Prime Obstetrics and Gynecology, PC accepts credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).

We also accept most health insurance plans and participating providers with most health insurance companies. For more details, please contact us at 615-459-5228.

Insurance:

We are happy to process your insurance claims to maximize your benefits. We accept most medical insurance plans and are participating providers with most health insurance companies.

Since insurance can be confusing, we ask that you call or contact us with specific questions at 615459-5228. We will be happy to provide you a complimentary review of your medical benefits.

Because insurance policies vary, we can only give an estimate of your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 45 days, you are responsible for the entire balance to be paid-in-full.

Please keep in mind that your medical insurance is an agreement between two parties – you and your provider. We utilize our reliable technology to send proof of diagnosis and treatment to your provider, however, any disputes or limitations as to what your provider will cover is up to you to work out with them.
